Synopsis

Yoga expert Annette Arndt designed this Yoga flow training especially for all those looking for Greater physical and mental strength, beginners or athletes of all disciplines and sports people who want to make their training more effective.
This holistically designed yoga program consists of challenging exercises from the classical Hatha- Yoga and fitness. The goal is to improve body awareness, concentration skills, optimize breathing and build stamina and strength while learning balance, flexibility, posture and coordination.
The program is a combination of different stages from warm up to short and intensive training, yoga class and relaxation.
