9/11, A French Story

The September 11, 2001 attacks were the deadliest ever carried out anywhere in the world. Their impact was colossal in the United States, but also across the globe. Until now, no documentary had looked at their repercussions on French society and on the French people. And yet, while the shockwave began in the towers of Manhattan, it also struck France from afar with extraordinary force. This film looks back at the facts, and at the impact of the catastrophe on the French, through testimonies and previously unseen archives.
