Forgotten and considered as collateral victims, children are survivors domestic violence. They witnessed scenes of mental and physical violence which often will continue to haunt them for years after. The consequences are serious and sometimes irreversible.
Five children, now young adults, share their traumatizing and damaged childhood and of the fight of their daily struggle to divert the anger. Kenna, Mélia and Louna lost their mother, Sephora, she too experienced the hell of domestic violence, until the day her mother killed her father. Pascal Bruckner, recognized philosopher and writer, says he inherited the aggressiveness of his father. To get out of it, he takes refuge in literature.
