Michel Guérard is a French chef decorated with three stars in the Michelin guide. He succeeded in making Eugénie-les-Bains, a small village in the hinterlands of France, a highly renowned place with its restaurant “Les Prés d’Eugénie” for the quality of its cuisine and its hotels.
