Sleek Ballet Bootcamp was exclusively designed to whip you into shape and give you a lean, toned, Sleek body in no time. There are moments in all of our lives where we need to kick start our systems and rev up our metabolism to shed those unwanted pounds and get your heart racing. These 3 x 20 minute programmes build in intensity and are fast and effective to get you in prime shape. All 3 routines will raise your heart rate making you sweat and giving you defined muscle definition by combining signature movements from classical ballet at a Bootcamp pace. This programme includes: Warm Up: Every ballerina knows the importance of a proper warm up and this routine is perfect to thoroughly heat your body and stretch your muscles to prepare you for the three invigorating routines. Programme 1 (20 mins) consists of full body movements with sweeping plié pulses and strengthening and toning ballet drills with a special focus on the core. Programme 2 (20 mins) takes the tempo up, flowing from position to position as you move seamlessly from your upper body, to your core, to your lower body in these fast paced targeted Bootcamp routines. This heart pumping session will tighten, tone and slim your whole body in all the right areas. Programme 3 (20 mins) is the most challenging cardio workout with high intensity rapid drills to really get your heart racing and your body sweating with knee lifts, arm circles, Port de Bras, extensions and Arabesques just to name a few that will really burn calories and help you get that firm Sleek body. Cool Down is very important to keep your muscles lean and elongated. This stretching sequence will give you time to restore your body to its regular state.
