That’s why we’ve included lots of options with this program, your warm up and cool down are separate segments so that you can choose to do just one walk, or combine the two for a longer session, depending on your daily time and energy levels.
Walk along with us up to five days a week for both higher and lower intensity training days, depending on which options you choose for the moves. Segments include: Walking Warm Up (5 Minutes) High Energy Walk (30 Minutes) This walk will keep your heart rate elevated, but steady, for a fun, fat burning session that will build endurance. Power Walk (30 Minutes) This powered-up walk includes brief higher intensity intervals of power walking or jogging to help spike your heart rate for a bigger calorie burn and greater cardiovascular stamina. Cool Down & Stretch (5 Minutes).
